At CNS Direct we truly strive for total customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If you are ordering a custom item, such as an engraved money clip or trinket box, or custom made jewelry, please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction.
Suggestion: If you're not sure an item is exactly the gift you'd like to give, order one personalized for yourself, so you can see first hand just how beautiful it is; or order a non-customized one.
Non-customized items may be returned for refund within ten days of delivery (five days on jewelry items). Each item must include its box and original packing and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A RMA may be obtained by emailing: rma@cnsdirect.com or by calling us at 888-799-4661. A restocking charge of twenty-five percent will be withheld from your refund and shipping charges are not refundable.
