order to ensure correct gift delivery.

measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the
information under our control. Our credit card processing method
allows us accept your credit card without retaining your credit card
number or its expiration. Instead, this information is sent directly into our
credit card processing provider. Your credit card number and its
expiration date never reside on our Internet server. All personal financial information (name and billing address and
credit card details) is sent to (VeriSign), using
secure, encrypted communications.
We encrypt your transactions using a technology called
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). www.cnsdirect.com
has acquired its own SSL certificate to insure you the best security for
your personal information when ordering.

Product
Returns
At CNS Direct we truly strive for
total customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If
you are ordering a custom item, such as an engraved money clip or trinket box, or custom
made jewelry, please be sure your custom
selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes
impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces, although we will make
efforts to assure your satisfaction.
Suggestion: If you're not sure an item is exactly the gift you'd like to give, order one personalized for
yourself, so you can see first hand just how beautiful it is; or order a non-customized one.
Non-customized items may be
returned for refund within ten days of delivery (five days on jewelry items). Each item must include its
box and original packing and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

will be withheld from your refund and shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged/Defective Product
In the rare event you receive a damages or defective item, please notify us immediately by emailing
Replacement items are sent via GROUND shipping methods ONLY, unless the customer agrees to pay for faster shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Unexpected delays can
occur, e.g. loss shipment, damaged shipment, defective item. When placing your order, please allow ample time for these possible delays.
Product Variances
We work hard to accurately depict and describe our product offerings. Occasionally minor cosmetic variations occur between product runs. When these changes occur, we will update our photos and/or descriptions as quickly as possible. Any variation that occur will be cosmetic only, functionally the product will remain the same.
Non-Deliverable Packages
If your order is returned to us by the shipper, due to delivery failure. We will contact you to request a new delivery address. You will be charged for any return to shipper fees and for reshipping the package to you.

Important
Shippers (UPS, FedEX, and Airborne) charge fees for address
corrections. Something as simple as two digits transposed in a zip
code, will necessitate an address change by the carrier. We
contract with the carrier, on you behalf to successfully deliver your
order. Just as we pass on the carrier's delivery fee to you, via
your order's shipping charge, we will also pass on any additional
courier fees charged, such as address corrections and service upgrades.
Special Orders
Orders of 100 or more pieces to be delivered in less than 10 business days, orders that include a quantity discount, and orders for items not displayed on this web site are considered "Special Orders". Special Orders that have not began production can be cancelled for a fee equivalent to 50% of the merchandise total. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production begins.
