CNS Direct Engraved Gifts offers logo engraving on almost
all of our gifts. Submit your corporate logo, Fraternity Crest. Sorority Crest or Family Crest to be engraved on the corporate gifts or comemorative gifts you purchase from us.Each logo order is handled on an individual
basis. Logo submissions should follow theses guidelines:
You should always have full copyright to the images you submit.
The logo should be submitted as a Vector formatted file. Vector files normally have file extensions of, .ai, .pdf, .wmf, .eps, or .cdr). Vector files require very little conversion, therefore they engrave much cleaner than do converted bitmap files.
If a vector file is not available please submit your bitmapped file as follows:
1. The logo image you submit should be of high quality, preferably an
image that is "Camera Ready".
2. Ideally, the image should be "Black and White.
3. The image should be saved in .psd, .bmp, .jpg, .gif, or .tif format.
4. The image file should be at least 300 dpi.
We are always willing to evaluate any image you have, in virtually
any format. However, optimum results can only be obtained from
images that meet the above criteria.
Normal Logo preparation and engraving fees are as follows:
For non-vector files:
A one time conversion fee of $35 is charged to convert your logo to an
engravable image. This fee applies only to logos that meet the
submission criteria as outlined above. Logos that do not meet the
criteria above may require more cleanup and conversion, and therefore
may incur a higher preparation fee.
Setup/Preparation:
A setup/preparation fee of $8 is charged for each order up to 250 items. And the fee is waived for orders of over 250 pieces of the same item.
A fee of $3 per engraving is charged for simple logos. Complex logo engraving is higher, and priced based on the engraving time required.
